We will always try and send your complete order in one delivery however if part of the order is unavailable. The customer will be made aware of the shortage and we will dispatch the order in part, following up with the remaining order once the stock has become available at no extra charge to the customer.
Please check fulfilment or order carefully. Any shortages MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Once we are made aware we will endeavour to correct the order as quickly as possible with no extra cost to the customer.
You can cancel any online order and receive a full refund (including standard delivery charges) by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org (including order number, post code and telephone number) at any time before the Product is dispatched or within 14 days starting on the day after delivery. No refund of delivery charges will be made if the cancellation notice is received outside of this timeframe.
Please note that if you cancel an order after the Product has been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the Product to us at your cost and within 14 days of the cancellation of your order.
We aim to provide an excellent service for our customers but we understand there may be times when goods have to be returned. Please return goods unused and in their original undamaged packaging within 14 days of receiving them, enclosing either your details or a copy of the original receipt to the address below:

We will exchange the goods or provide you with a full refund... whichever you require. (Original Postage is NON Refundable)
Exchanged goods due to no fault of our own may incur a restocking charge at £00.00 plus the standard delivery charge of £00.00.
Any goods that appear to be faulty, we will refund the return postage once the item has been inspected and agreed to be faulty, and we will return replacements free of charge including postage.
Refunds will be paid to the payment card used to place the order and will be made as soon as possible and no later than, the earlier of 14 days after our receipt of the returned Products or 14 days after our receipt of evidence of the return of the Products to us. We are permitted to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the Products which are due to the manner in which you have handled them.
Non Acceptance of a delivery which is returned to us, will incur another standard delivery charge of £00.00 inc. VAT.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
All goods in stock ordered before 3pm are despatched that same day. (excludes weekends & bank holidays). We deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm therefore if an order is placed on a weekend or bank holiday it will not be dispatched until the following working day.
Overnight Next Day (Signature Required) and Saturday Delivery services are available but must be selected in delivery options and may come with an additional cost. We accept NO responsibility for deliveries where special Instructions have been given by the customer to leave parcels safe without a signature.

We have spent a lot of time perfecting the packaging of our trims. All floor trims are packaged with bubble wrap in our purpose made boxes in custom sizes specificaly for our floor trims. This ensures your order will be delivered in the correct condition and is kept nice and straight. We go the extra mile with our packaging as we know time can be very important and we never want to delay you or any job.
